SnagWell Privacy Policy
SnagWell is a punch list, snag list and site audit app for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what the app does with your information.
What we collect
Nothing. SnagWell does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. We have no servers.
Where your data lives
Everything you enter, including your business details, logo, projects, issues, photos, floor plans, contacts and reports, is stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, SnagWell also keeps a copy in your own private iCloud database so your projects appear on your other devices. That data is stored by Apple under your Apple Account and is never visible to us.
PDF and CSV files you share are handed to the app you choose (Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files and so on) using the standard iOS share sheet. Those apps are governed by their own privacy policies.
Camera and photos
SnagWell asks for camera access to photograph defects and for photo library access when you import photos or floor plans. Photos are stored with your project only; nothing is uploaded to us.
Purchases
SnagWell Pro is sold through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to that transaction.
Analytics and tracking
SnagWell contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking code, and no third-party SDKs.
Children
SnagWell is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address and the date above will be updated.
