Morse by Feel Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 September 2026

Morse by Feel is made by David Girgis. It collects no data at all. This policy explains what that means.

No data is collected

The app has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of its own. It makes no network requests. Nothing you do in the app is sent anywhere, and the developer never receives any information about you or your use of the app.

What the app stores, and where

Morse by Feel remembers which characters you have learned, how accurate you have been on each one, the days you practised, any short message you typed to feel, and your speed and dash feel settings. All of it is written to storage on your Apple Watch and stays there.

The shared container

The app and its watch face complication share an App Group container so the complication can show the same progress the app does. That container is a folder on your watch shared between the two parts of one app. It is not iCloud, it is not synced, and nothing else can read it.

What the app does not do

No analytics, no crash reporting services, no tracking, no advertising, no advertising identifiers and no third-party SDKs. Nothing is shared with anyone. The app asks for no permissions: no location, no health data, no contacts, no microphone, no camera, no notifications.

Purchases

Morse by Feel is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, so no payment information is involved.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Because it collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children.

Deleting your data

Open Settings in the app and tap Reset progress to clear everything the app has recorded. Uninstalling the app from your watch removes it all as well. There is nothing held anywhere else for us to delete.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
